Dr. Francisco Tostes has been practicing for 20 years and works in Brazil and Europe. He is the Vice President of Medical Affairs and Innovation for Renewal in the EU and Brazil. He holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry from UFRJ and completed postgraduate studies in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Sports Medicine. He is a researcher in hormone therapies with several scientific publications in the field. His academic work covers metabolic health, endocrine regulation and applied hormone physiology. Dr. Tostes has presented his work at medical and scientific meetings, sharing clinical insights on endocrinology, metabolic disorders and hormone therapy with physicians and health professionals.

Dr. Alma Martínez is a distinguished specialist in gynecology, climacteric medicine and healthy longevity, with extensive training in gynecological endocrinology and regenerative gynecology. She holds diplomas in Gynecological Endocrinology, Climacteric and Menopause, Healthy Longevity and Quality of Life, as well as a Master of Health Science in nutrition and wellness. She served as a professor of Gynecological Clinic at the Faculty of Medicine of Uruguay and was president of SUEGYM, the Uruguayan Society of Gynecological Endocrinology and Menopause. She is recognized as a Latin American expert in climacteric and menopause by FLASCYM, bringing decades of experience in the comprehensive management of women during this stage. Dr. Martínez participates as a speaker at medical and scientific events throughout Latin America, sharing evidence-based approaches on climacteric, hormone modulation and regenerative gynecology.

Practicing in both Argentina and the United States, he is internationally recognized for advancing women's intimate health through innovative, evidence-based techniques. Dr. Gaspar is the creator of the vaginal and urethral laser technique for vaginal rejuvenation and the treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause. His work has shaped the modern field of regenerative gynecology, including the first study ever published on laser vaginal rejuvenation in the American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery in 2011. He has authored twenty scientific publications in indexed journals and has presented his research at major international congresses such as IUGA, IMS, FLASOG, ASLMS, IMCAS and FIGO. Through his research, lectures and clinical training, Dr. Gaspar continues to support physicians worldwide in elevating standards of care in women's health.
